In my early 20s I felt so self conscious that everyone expected me to have everything figured out even though I was doing everything in life for the first time. Now that I am in my 30s, I now understand that nobody has anything figured out and feel way more comfortable admitting I don't know things.

I feel like I always have to learn this lesson over and over again, but I truly absolutely need to play video games to survive. It is crucial to make time for. As important as eating or taking medicine every day.
