In high school (early 2010s, rural south). I was talking with some popular girls at gym class. One of them mentioned me being gay, which I reacted to with conservative feigned offense.

She apologized, was nice about it. Said I was safe around her if I was.

She was very kind. Hope she’s well.

Our water pump just burned itself to failure, so we have no running water nor funds for a new pump. We need to get out of this house -this month- so please, I beg you, y'all have been great so far but anything you can spare would help us immensely to move to a new home

I literally have to just suggest that song with no other context now.

They listen to it and are deeply moved and then they get plunged into that part of song like they’re in a carnival dunk booth— but it’s too late to back out now so they just sort of end up vibing with the song overall.

There's a certain point in complexity where I have to be honest for my own sake and turn down certain designs on a diaper because of how unfun/how much of a pain it would be to draw... or how little clarity the design would have if viewed at certain distances.
