Acceptance is key for an undivided society. A person changing their body does not affect you in any way, so why drag it on to this deplorable level of insensitivity.

cant defend themselves. You should allow people to figure out their own Gender (social construct and isn't related to biology at all) at any age. Life is a journey, there is no straight path that people like you try to push. People that think like you are the cause of the poor mental health.

the emotional instability of young people are due to poor mental health in general, not trans individuality. As Transgender people only make up 0.6 - 0.7% of the Adult population (as of 2022) and 1.6% of the youth population (13 - 17 year olds). the poor mental health in these categories is due (1)
