He asked me for “my FB” and when I said I don’t use social media he asked for my whatsapp and I pretended not to know what that was. lol

he said some really insightful things such as “my friends called me gay in high school for liking Fall Out Boy but they’re not gay they’re actually really cool” and “so are you like one of them gamer chicks?”

obviously I have serious self esteem issues but the level of embarrassment, anxiety and disgust I feel when looking at my own artwork or remembering a likely very normal conversation I had earlier in the day is just… extreme

I’ve been in therapy for a few months but working on this stuff for 1 hour every 2-3 weeks isn’t enough. I’m so unhappy and I desperately want to change. Otherwise I’ll be stuck in this self fulfilling prophecy where everything gets progressively worse because i’m practicing less often.

I really feel for you… neck pain is the worst because so many normal activities exacerbate it and it’s so hard to ignore 🥲 I know it won’t fix everything and it also depends on what type of neck pain it is but did you ever end up trying that spiky ball thing I recommended a while ago?
