Staying positive along with giving yourself grace and forgiveness will always make things better in the end. It's totally okay to hang onto certain emotions and feelings, but forgiveness and grace will always make things better and easier to cope with whatever you may be dealing with

Sometimes things work out better later on in time than others. Sometimes those things happening or not happening may bring you grief but giving yourself grace and forgiveness is important in those situations.
