My vintage Soviet-era Zenit E has an analog lightmeter that also lets you adjust the ISO. You will have to use up a roll of film to tinker with proper settings, but it is by far the best medium for photography imo. Find a print shop that does film scans and you are good to go

I have a Canon EOS 500N I got on eBay with a spare lens and bag for under 100e. I barely tinkered with the settings, and went out and got these, had them processed for 15e a roll by a print shop. Most film cameras that aren't vintage will adjust for light accordingly and let you adjust ISO too
