When I discovered Ori and the Blind Forest, it was quite of an epiphany for me: before this, I played only AAA titles or otherwise "known" games, and was not really considering "the rest". But Ori got me into indie games and lesser known titles – but also made my standards go up. 😅

The Ori games, in terms of art direction, are masterpieces that are still unmatched as today in the videogame industry. It made a lot of people (including myself!) realize that games can be works of art. The graphics, music, and atmosphere, already great individually, merge in a wonderful harmony.
