Wesley made beef bourguignon for dinner tonight. He used Julia Child's recipe, and she suggested serving it with boiled potatoes and the wine used to make the sauce - he used chianti. This was absolutely delicious! Super proud of his efforts here, because this wasn't a quick and easy dinner 🩵
