When I lost my baby boy (🐈⬛) at the start of the year my smoking got really out of hand because it was a coping mechanism but over the last couple of months I’ve really been working to cut it out and since October I’m officially down from 8ish a day, to 1 (after therapy) cigarette a week.

I just saw a video of a girlie testing bird theory on her husband and he was so engaged and helped her figure out which bird it was and he asked if she liked watching the birds and she said yes and it cut to him putting up a bird feeder so she could have more to watch and I 😭😭😭
