Au moins sur l'ancien X aka Twitter tu appelais à l'aide @airfrance.bsky.social ou autre pour t'aider à modifier un billet d'avion tu avais une réponse dans l'heure et souvent positive...là chez @volotea.bsky.social rien ici ni ailleurs, leur chat est merdique et le n° d'appel est payant.

@airfrance.bsky.social Trying to book tickets on the website right now. Seems to respond very slowly and the search button just spins and if I get to the payment, same thing, enter my details and the pay now button just spins and nothing happens. Tried Safari and Chrome so far.

@airbus.com do you actually know that flying business on the A350 is disappointing? The air circulation on the middle seats is pushing cold air straight on ones head and cannot be adjusted. Threatening on a long haul flight. Experienced on @airfrance.bsky.social and Malaysia. You can do better!
