ATSB releases their report into a Qantas A380 that flew 293.74 hours and 34 flights with a lost 1.25 metre tool in the outboard left engine.

The tool was left in the engine inlet during a 3-day scheduled maintenance check at the Qantas hangar complex in Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) .
