No problem! And one more very important thing I just remembered: wear gloves and clothes you're ok with getting dirty, because the juice will stain you and it's nearly impossible to get out

Then they need to cure for a couple weeks. I lay them out on baking sheets in my basement. Anywhere with low-ish humidity and a stable temp. And THEN you have to crack them. I use a hammer, normal nutcrackers will break. Anyway it is a testament to how good they are that I do this every year
