Happy day! Thank you to everyone who encouraged me, everyone who showed up and to the event organisers at Great West Run, this was a really wonderful first half marathon, I hope to do more in future!

I love American recipes because they’ll be like “this recipe is for 4 people” and then you battle through three pages of personal anecdotes, pointless waffling and whimsical measurements just to find the actual recipe and it makes like 30 servings
