As a person who enjoys a winter walk, I rescued a mixed-breed dog who's 1/4 husky. Turns out she dislikes the cold and I have to push her out the door once it dips below 40. 😭

Yep. I (raised Catholic) used to live in Ulster and now I'm in Tennessee and I've heard the same anti-Catholic rhetoric in both places. Very Paisley-esque down here!

It's so hard. Still miss my Frankie, found abandoned in a park w/ epilepsy. My buddy for 14 years. Took 4 years after his death for me to adopt another dog. Found her on death row listed as "Maki," my surname -- the sign I needed. She's now a mouthy, spoiled jerk named Daphne and I love her.
