Sometimes we’re unsatisfied with a thing we made because when it only existed in our head, we saw all the things it could have been and when it’s done we know all the things that it isn’t, but we can’t see the way it expands into a million new things when someone else unpacks it in their head. 🖊️🦑

There's much more to think of this to add on, and I caught an inspiration of Dead by Daylight to this idea. I mean, this is like a game of cat and mouse, but Rampage style meets DBD style. It could be fitting for Rampage. But what do y'all think? Reply if you would like to discuss it.

So think in the monster side like in the Rampage series they destroy, eat, and build chaos in their way, while the survivor side like in the Exit series they run, gather, and escape the city of their chaos.

In the Rampage series, the monster job is destroying the buildings until all of them are destroyed or the bombers destroy them like a timer. But in this way, the monsters must find something to consume like food or survivors before completely destroying the building to move on to the next building to finish the city level. Wanted to make sure it still has that charm from the series.

In the Exit series, you played as the protagonist named Mr. Esc, the escape artist who has to escape the level with the remaining survivors as they can use gears to escape before the time runs out. But in this way, the main character with the survivors must find each gear of survival and find important items (like flare guns, for example) to escape or other way to escape before every building is destroyed, time runs out, or the monster finds you, grabs you, and eat you.

But I'm thinking a different way of this cause that game only plays the survivor while I'm thinking of playing as both as the monsters or the survivors. I may see this as a 2.5D side-scrolling as well, but with goofiness charm from the rampage series. I might see this as a multiplayer game. ⬇️

There's more to think about this idea, and I think there's another game that has this but in a different way called Kong: Survivor Instinct, which is a side-scrolling game where you played as a survivor who looks for his daughter while the titans like Kong will gets in his way. ⬇️
