Thanks, I'll take a look. Done C25K before and tried repeating it but get bored too easily. Find it hard running to a clock, which is why I thought MAF might be good for me.

I've been wanting to get back running and looking at doing the MAF method but don't think I'll have the patience for it. Have you seen/tried it? Feel like I'll be stopping to walk every 30 seconds to start with 😂

Thanks. I've just been avoiding AFCON players for weeks, didn't realise we got bonus free transfers. Must pay more attention if I ever want to do well.

Beginners question, but why are there 5 free transfers this week? I thought it was a glitch in the matrix so quickly used them all before they got taken away 😂

The trouble is, we measure everything against Bielsa now. He could get a team outperforming the sum of their parts, and every minute of every game was exciting to watch. I just want that back!

I do like Farke and he did a good job turning us around after relegation and getting us promoted, but he had the strongest squad in the league. He's still got to prove himself in the Premier League and he's not convincing me yet. He'll argue he hasn't been backed enough, same as when at Norwich.

I'm at the tear it all down and give big Ange a go stage, just to see some excitement if nothing else. Bloody football.

If it's an industrial dish wash machine and the potwash person is in a rush it's a solid bet they've opened the machine before the rinse is done. There's also a non-zero chance they've accidentally used oven cleaner in place of dish soap in the machine.
