Dear Mel, so sorry we didn't get Newsom's memo asking us to turn off our space lasers. Maybe if los Angelenos stopped pretending they live in the tropics instead of a Mediterranean semi-arid climate, there'd be more water for people, fires and maintaining critical infrastructure. Just sayin'.
