Just a head up, if you did single cell proteomics with the default parameters on Spectronaut 19, your number of IDs are probably inflated by >35%.

This is fixed by having stringent parameters and using versión 20.

Well we are stuck in York because a farmer is chasing his cattle which are roaming the train lines further north, and he's unable to capture them. So at least its not boring
