Just to be clear: $1 BILLION for private schools which have 0 transparency and can discriminate, while starving public schools, but $0 for health insurance, mental health, or to strengthen the electric grid. Good to know these voucher holders don't get sick, cold, or expect accountability.

The people she should be raging at are the ones who set her up for this spectacular fall. This will tarnish her resume for years, and by defending her handlers, she just spreads it like a finger-painting toddler. Brilliant.

Did she go out humbly, having learned her lesson? No, she went out like a spoiled teenager, slamming doors, and swearing "I hate you, I hate you. I'm running away and never coming back!" That is the emotionally-stunted behavior of a MAGA lawyer on a fascist payroll.

It's called roosting, and Great Tailed Grackles (the birds you're seeing, which have beautiful iridescent feathers,) do it every night at sunset. If there are no trees handy, they'll find the nearest thing that serves as a limb. It's Beddy-bye time.

"Coolness" is not a civil right. Or are they teaching that it is, at Chron Journalism School? If so, they should take it up with the nearest court and show the evidence that "coolness" trumps traffic safety as a matter of law. I'm sure it will get the judicial attention it deserves.

This is the evil Trump unleashes when his repugnant actions give his cult permission to model him. This is the nastiness MAGA lives for. They deserve nothing short of community rejection, like a good old-fashion Amish shunning.

Go back to the late 1940s. Why is the U.N. building in New York? Who helped found the UN? Who was it who authored the Universal Declaration on Human Rights? What is Eleanor Roosevelt's connection? As a so-called "advocate," how have you managed to ignore foundational data?

What Cotton is doing is playing judge, jury, and executioner, and Welker is NOT confronting him. "Senator, we've been given no evidence of your claim." So, he just mongers his horseshit. And she quibbles as if she's haggling with the fruit stand merchant. That's not holding power to account. Ug.

WHAT??!! None of them getting a FIFA-foo-foo Peace Pryze??!! And they won't get to snatch it from the presenter's box, either?? Heavens to Murgatroyd!

When your idea of "religion" tries to compete with massive pop music concerts , there's a problem. Because no one is fooled that the audience is there to be entertained; they're there to be converted.

If Levitt tries to spin this as justice to her own family, imagine how much she'll cackle with laughter when it happens to yours. This is how evil gives itself away. This is what MAGA voted for.

Not most, "ALL". Only NAs have a claim to be truly "American"; the rest of us are direct imports or the descendants of colonizers. And, interestingly, when England was shipping her criminals and castoffs over, she was not sending her "best." As a professional genealogist, this is my wheelhouse.

It's not the "system." It's the dysfunctional way it is being deliberately sabotaged by racist public servants working for a an evil, fascist POTUS. Maybe learn the difference. The system is only as strong as it's allowed to be. It has no more will of its own than does your car.

He was raised in Stalinist Russia. How have you managed to ignore that? Also: Totalitarianism v Authoritarianism is not a distinction worth quibbling over. Get a clue.
December 7, 2025 at 2:57 AM
You say not Putin but Stalin. You are not aware that Stalin and Putin are cut from the same cloth? What you see today in Putin's surveillance state and state punishments was begun under Stalin. Everything Putin does is a knockoff of Stalin's playbook.

It's hard to imagine the crushing despair felt by those being punished so cruelty for being dutiful, patriotic, and devoted. Meanwhile, a narco terrorist is given a Presidential pardon and White Afrikaners are welcomed. Only under Trump's racist fascism could such a nightmare culture make sense.

This is exactly as it should be. No constabulary should be assisting Trump's Gestapo.

His little plastic trophy is meaningless; no authorities on humanitarianism ever recognize an invented award as legitimate. What's next? Putin awarding him a bareback ride with him on his favorite horse? Good grief. How nauseating.

If these people understood the concept of accepting responsibility and consequences, they wouldn't be doing what they're doing. Irresponsible people *AVOID* responsibility. That's what makes their actions so horrible. Worse, they not only dodge responsibility; they try to pin it on someone else.

Exactly.

This level of arbitrary and cruel governance echos 18th century British monarchy -- the very system we fought a revolution to break free of.
December 5, 2025 at 10:59 PM
If a POTUS can decide who's worthy of citizenship, that means every citizen, *EVERY CITIZEN* is imperiled of being deported or exiled to some hellhole on a whim for being of a type the POTUS dislikes. The catastrophic implications for U.S. democracy cannot be overstated.

Next Steps: find the evidence to support your conspiracy theory that BIG Pharma is a Death Machine in disguise. Good luck with that.
