The house needs better insulation (I think about 10cm - 15cm outside wrapped) and windows/doors need to be done. UFH downstairs but upstairs is radiators which require the higher flow temp. Ohh weather compensation enabled too. All in all hesiamon is awesome (20 bucks vs 700 for panasonic)

Using the main living areas sensors to get a feels like temp and using HA automations dynamically adjusting the flow temp from 35 to 40c for the radiators upstairs. Was thinking of a zigbee TRV alright, but may be no so efficient, low and slow being the aim. COP mean is 3 at the moment

Thanks. This is what I have done thus far. Added a HeishaMon (www.tindie.com/products/the...) Placed 6 temp/humidity sensors around the house (Sonoff Zigbee). The panasonic thermostat, quick to rise to temp, slow to come back down. 2c out all the time.
