The perennially interesting topic of when is it influence and when is it appropriation / plagiarism. There's definitely a fuzzy line there, but I think it's safe to assume it stops short of imprisoning writers in your DIY torture dungeon.

They don't have any of my stuff despite publishing a fair amount in the kinds of journals they like to steal from. Feeling kinda disappointed, honestly. Disappointed and Unloved.
