Well for snes the Lufia series is alright. Breath of fire 1, 2, and 3 are solid. For ps1 if you can find legend of legaia that’s solid. Legend of dragoon can still be found in the PlayStation store too. You need jrpg recommendations, I gotchu lol

Don’t think I can recommend only one. Chronotrigger is amazing of course. The OCTOPATH traveler games are pretty damn good as well. Those are games that you can at least play on current systems but there are others if you have access to older systems

I would have to say PC is main, but I’ve been playing so much more ps5 and switch lately that I’m not sure I can claim that anymore. Honestly, it’s just a matter of what platform do I own the game I want to play on. And some games I have on multiple. FF14 for example, I have it on pc and ps5

Yea the couple people I follow that have gone over there haven’t really posted much there, but to be fair I don’t think anyone knows what’s going on over there. Can’t understand much of what’s listed there so I think everyone is kind of partially checking it out while waiting for TikTok to shut down

I think that sort of goes hand in hand with how much of a fresh start this site feels like right now. There’s a jaded part of me that wonders if it’ll stay that way, but for now at least it’s refreshing and I’ve never interacted with social media so much I don’t think

I would argue DLC should have its own category. That’s not to say DLC is bad, but I struggle to consider a portion of an already existing game that may have passed its eligibility window a viable entry to the category. Should a game get more than one opportunity at game of the year?

The original harvest moon for snes. I can’t tell you the number of hours I spent or the number play through I’ve done. IYKYK. Even nowadays it’s still one of my favorites and I’ve never talked to someone who played it who hasn’t liked it. If you’re into retro games now of course.

I like where your head is at. Nothing against Demetrius, but I mean Robin feels like she would’ve been an obvious romance choice. And what about Jodi and Kent? I mean there aren’t a ton that would be viable, but there are definite options people would have romances given the choice
