Rules I'd change in football....
Last man
Give a penalty, allowing the goal scoring opportunity that was denied
Hand ball on the line
Give a goal (like a penalty goal in rugby)
Red cards should only be for dangerous challenges. Sin bins for persistent fouling. Keep 11v11 where possible
