Denmark is a small country with incredibly strong family ties. It’s very hard as a couple who are both from the UK to build friendships with Danes. I have many international friends but they often leave if their work visas run out. It’s the hardest thing … still wouldn’t leave though 🙂

Hahaha … there’s some great videos of the mayhem that is the Nordic languages … the Norwegians basically changed their alphabet to make it easier … I really wish the Danes would do the same!

And they are desperate for skilled workers especially in the sciences. Also who on earth knows the Danish language outside of Denmark … The U.K. is picking what it wants without knowing anything about the massive public support for a fair society in Denmark.

Denmark’s political system is completely different. We pay more tax, people are better educated, have better health etc and the immigrant discussion is not as high on the agenda as the aging population and young people. I’m an immigrant in Denmark and let me tell you it’s not easy to settle.

I don’t understand. Why are those who voted to leave the EU m, so upset that they can’t stay in the block beyond 90 days out of 180 days? It’s three months! For goodness sake. Why doesn’t he fight to rejoin? What happened to him? Or is it that he understands the UK will not be back in his lifetime
