It’s a law school not a law firm. They teach they don’t go to court - they have a litigation firm I’m sure they hire. Advising and analyzing is exactly what they did. The ACLU and Democracy Forward, etc, are specifically created to go to court to fight. A law school is not that structure.

My understanding is that Michael Steele and Symone S-T, two strong black commentators, along w Alicia Menendez, will all co-host in that slot? Which is not helpful for those who love Joy, but it won’t result in a void of experienced black hosts?

Agreed. But Every time I resort to thinking “they are about to get exactly what they ordered”, I remember all the blue voters stuck in those red states and blue voters who are going to suffer. Plus the planet….
