It's interesting, but native americans were the original snowbirds, which is why they didn't claim property... They just used to up and move to the south when it was cold and back north when it got to hot.

Blue Star is worth it IMHO. You can probably just hop the red line for a few stops or even walk it (about a mile?). Pips is also amazing.. but it's in NE. I think if you go on your birthday, you get a free dozen..
