I can’t stand the silicone ones either, the latex/rubber ones are so goood. The abdl pacifiers I’ve tried have mostly been trash.

Try doing little ‘little’ things, even if it’s something as simple as drinking out of a sippy cup, or taking naps with your favorite plushies.

maybe try applying the contact drops first? That way you kinda ease into keeping your hands steady near your eyes. Also playing with a spare contact lens or two in your hands so you can feel how they react might help lol

FWIW, it does take some practice! You’ll get the hang of it.
