As is too often said, thoughts and prayers offered…but we all know that doesn’t bring anyone back or prevent future deaths. Proper gun laws will.

I completely agree with your top premise - political violence is not the answer + never appropriate. But the current administration is doing everything it can to eliminate the impartiality of the courts and to curb free speech it doesnt like. And regular citizens do not need assault rifles.
