Great things have come, and will continue to come, from Gaia...

So many exoplanets!

(...I was so close to working on this project, but pipped at the post. :( )

#regrets
Lammers and Winn “On the Exoplanet Yield of Gaia Astrometry” makes breathtaking predictions for the Gaia DR4 data release in December 2026 - around 7500 new exoplanets around nearby stars! It will be revolutionary… and indicate new nearby systems to be imaged… #astrodon #exoplanets ☄️

I love Exoplanets. Sorry Mars et al.

(But Earth is OK too...)

Planet radius vs orbital period, color-coded by age.
contours = the Kepler population.
The new planet in this paper is marked with a ⭐.
Even without statistics, your eyes will notice something:
Young planets are big. Much bigger than the planets Kepler typically found.

An interesting analysis.

Why Reform?

Good for everyone who's opposed to Farage and all he stands for (if anything).

Supported by the ultra rich and the poorest poor, united by hate.
Weak Minded Working right: 26% of people who intend to vote Reform

Economically insecure and angry, these older working-age voters mix pro-worker attitudes with hostility towards immigration. They feel betrayed by elites, see immigrants as competitors for scarce resources.
Who supports Reform and why? The charts that show who favours Farage’s party
Based on largest poll of supporters, these charts and maps show five distinct groups that could hand Reform a majority

FROM FACISTS, FROM TRUMP, FROM FARAGE, FROM SCUM.

We must stand up for truth.

How will future generations understand this global level of corruption?

War crimes? Human rights offences? Mass murder?

And what will they call it? The "Anti-throposene"?

Vote for the correct NYC's mayor, if you're able!
If you live in NY, you have an opportunity to fight Fascism!
By your vote!

Trump is one of those people the future will argue: should we go back in time and kill a baby Trump.

Well I say "argue"...
Trump foreign policy:

“Why give Ukraine tens of billions to resist a fascist dictator when we can just give it to Argentina to prop up a fascist dictator?”

US style paid for lies coming here.

Obviously by the corrupt Farage.

Trying to break countries apart.

Arguing there's not enough Free Speech while using it to manipulate.

SICKENING.
The right-wing campaign group that helped topple Roe v Wade in the US is now working to roll back abortion laws in the UK, with the help of Nigel Farage.

Its first step? Trying to create a debate around "free speech"

Interesting report in the Mirror on MP's Second Jobs

They are supposed to have jobs already. And a community to look after.

Top of the list is Farage - by far - followed closey by mostly all Tories (Blue) and Reform (Dark Green).

How much of these aren't bribes?
