First apple tree to blossom in the collection of heritage apples at work. A variety called 'Widow's Friend'. Looks like 'Barnack Beauty' will be second as it's just about to blossom. Photos to follow when it happens.

I love this part. Juicing with some modern variety dessert apples and some Bramley for that acidic zing on the palate. Some might have found its way into a fermenting bucket too. Updates to follow.
