If I were to do something else this balance patch is to decrease effective range of Revolver to allow Repeater to work at greater distances since it still seems most people prefer revolver for quick shots and almost no downside as long range weapon

Also Cerberus 12GA now deals max 104 per shot, a net 6% buff now making it less likely to leave heavies with just a sliver of HP because of how fire damage over time works when shooting everything as soon as possible.
LH1 tweak is cool.

CB is still the most damage outputting weapon for medium at long ranges but where it is its Technically closer to revolver than Pike instead so it is still a relatively OK alternative

So I went ahead and timed BFR, CB and KS to be sure.
Relevant to this update BFR's damage at longer distances was brought down to be more at par with Akimbo, I still think BFR would be preferred at long distance engagements for how more stable it is at ADS firing

The point of me explaining this is to show that this happened again, with both BFR Titan and CB-01 Repeater, the intention was to give both a net 5% Nerf with range, damage and RPM tweaks;
But I didn't knew these weapons had the same "issue" as KS until I checked the wiki

A discrepancy like this already happened before with KS-23 only receiving a barely noticeable buff but the buff was directed towards one specific animation, yet the wording in the patch notes implies the whole RPM of the weapon was changed when it is only one animation change

When comparing a digital metronome in 1/1 signature with the firing of a weapon with low RPM it is possible to make it synchronize, testing it in real time contradicts certain RPM that has been already set in place by the patch notes, they have always measured in 1/2 sig

Imagine RPM as BPM, beats, as for music, meaning the speed of the song, you can usually measure the Beats Per Minute of a song based on the notes or drums when they are played consequently at a constant speed, say for example the common song has 120 bpm, test it yourself

Pike is really close to outshine many weapons solely for the damage thresholds but now deals more damage in theory than FAMAS
XP is now in all sense of the word better than V9S since realistically no one taps as fast as the weapon would allow you to tap, V9S should be reworked

Fcar Still remains as inferior to AKM by 1 DPS
M60 change to recoil is good because it is the most common weapon on heavy but should not be as forgiving as Light's weapons are
Pike and XP get best treatment here

Or a flashbang quick tutorial, quite underrated, most of the time you are better off shooting at enemy but you can think of it almost as it is in CSGO -K
