Perfumes are weird! My mom and I like the same one and I swear hers lasts all day and the scent remains the same while mine disappears in a few hours and the scent changes. I prefer to spray them on my clothes rather than on my skin, the scent lasts longer and it doesn't change as much that way.

Also... I did all that in a language that is not my own! That's kind of crazy now that I think about it.

I'm feeling very proud of myself right now.

But now... wow. I wrote a gigant (still incomplete) novel! I wrote a novelette, a novella and I'm currently writing another novel! Me! I did that!

I'll keep reminding myself that when I feel inadequate to start writing my own original work.

I have never thought of my fics as anything but experiments, haven't given their lenght any kind of importance separate from the planning stage and defining how much I wanted to expand on depending on what I was experimenting with.

I never thought of them in professional literature terms.

Then I went ahead and wrote a novelette with 14k. Then wrote a novella with 36k (I am so very proud of that fic, my best work so far). And my current wip is sitting at 19k with only 4 chapters published out of 17. It's going to be novel length when I'm finally done, I suspect.

So, i decided that I did not need to suffer through it any longer and got myself some rechargeable hand warmers. Take that cold weather! Today is quite warm so I dont need them but it's nice to know I'll have another option to be comfortable when the weather returns to rain and chill.

This project is even more chaotic than anticipated, holy shit.
