Speaking of journeys, I love how referential and poetic events in your life are/become—the way things from your past are referenced in your future, and vice versa. This is why Dennis Villeneuve's Arrival is one of my faves.

I just love seeing people win tbh 🥺 Especially those who've been denied their victory for a long time. Perhaps it's because I see a part of myself in them. I resonate and empathize with their strife, and root for them as they go along their journey.
