Recommendations:
➡️ Map & streamline inclusion & dual intent support;
➡️ Provide coordination opportunities & flexible funding;
➡️ Promote complementarity btwn institutional initiatives & networks' support;
➡️ Involve networks in the design of skills-based initiatives, & more!

Yet, coordination & financial obstacles risk limiting their positive impact. As discussions on Ukrainians' future prospects continue, recognising & leveraging networks' contributions can support Ukrainians' self-sufficiency in the EU while reducing barriers to their return ('dual intent').

Since displaced Ukrainians' arrival, networks have filled gaps in the public response, providing information, skills development, job-matching & psychosocial support. As bridges to Ukraine, they can also play a key role in supporting the country's recovery & reconstruction.
