last summer's "Introduction to Computational Social Science," followed by the winter semester's "Computational Approaches to Migration Research." I am now starting to prepare for the next course in the upcoming summer semester, "Introduction to Demographic Methods."

It helps me stay positive, say more yeses, and maintain a “can do” attitude. It helps me achieve more, not less, as it helps me stay sane.

Seeing them run takes away all my excuses and I think to myself, if they can do it, I can as well. Nonetheless, anytime I have to buy a new running gear or invest in registering for a race, a thought, perhaps a residual of having a working-class background, runs through my head ...

They clearly say how frequent, how fast, and how far you should run.

I am grateful to all of those who kept motivating me from afar by their runs, especially members of DemogRunners club who have similar jobs as I do.

I'm delighted to have broken all of my previous records in frequency, distance and speed. Having followed seven months of structured training plans in 2025, I can highly recommend them.
