I have remembered why I don't allow myself to feel emotion. I drank enough to feel again, and I felt my heart stop beating from the pain. Never again unless my loved ones wish to say goodbye.

It's bad when watching a Twitch stream has caused my mental health to tank. But I'm not allowed to do anything about it. I've never been allowed to. I'm expected to just deal with it, like a man should. That's all I've ever known.

I was excited for this move at the beginning of the week, but so many things have gone wrong that now I'm having trouble sleeping and keeping myself from having a seizure. I feel panic, but I don't have time to rest or process. I have no choice now.

Water heater is out, but the landlord has someone coming today to look at it and hopefully replace it by tomorrow.
