I previously worked as a scrum master on a few agile projects and this was exactly like that. Draft requirements, build, test, iterate. I think the biggest gap I found was Claude tended to skip the low hanging fruit in terms of design. A lot of iterations were things I assumed were obvious.

Became a subscriber tonight because of your last 2 articles on Claude. I’ve spent the last few days working on a few projects doing things I never had the skill or patience to do on my own. It’s been a blast.

I would assume that a call on VZ WiFi still has to traverse the VZ network at some point. It's not a straight up VOIP system. Your WiFi is simply a relay to a VZ server, which is basically what the cell tower is doing as well. If cell towers were down then many networks would be toast, not just VZ.

There are many videos out there where people keep filming in the face of potential or imminent danger. It always mystifies me, and like you I wonder if I would behave the same way.

With no intent to diminish her bravery, I wonder when I watch videos like this to what extent the filming of it increases their bravery. I remember reading at some point about the difference between filming and watching through the camera, versus watching it directly with your own eyes.

Curious - how do free/giveaway tickets count in these totals? I assume someone paid for the seat. I feel like I saw offers for free tickets to ‘David’ every day since Thanksgiving.

Perhaps they accidentally released the Einstein files.

I was trying to remember where I had read this. It was the first thing I thought of this afternoon, but couldn’t find it.

Those two in lead photo in particular. Staring right at each other trying to figure out who’s going to make the first move.

Oh yeah - first time I used it I didn't shake so well and it kind of poured out like syrup. I thought it had spoiled, but then I realized it had just settled. 😆

Every time I see his comments about his perfect tests and his self congratulation I think, so this is what it would be like if my 5 year old had a terminal illness and we didn’t want to scare them with all of the constant medical exams and day to day struggles.

Worse that this, and this happened yesterday during the MLS Cup, is getting iOS notifications for a goal/score that hasn’t been broadcast yet. I understand why it happens, so please just give me a live events delay setting that I can adjust. 30 seconds should be the default, a minute at most.

This post is my reminder to do the same. Luckily my kid’s time limit on the PS5 is up in about 30 minutes.

These look like they were printed on bright white printer paper and simply taped up on the wall. The same way a middle school student might make a poster for a project, by aligning and taping all the individual pages together.

I have pretty much all notifications turned off on my phone and I’m afraid I’m going to miss it. I really need someone to create an app with the sole purpose of only pushing a notification when it happens. Or maybe someone can setup a call tree or texting chain. I just want to immediately know.

I just opened this image on my 5k monitor and I can clearly see the prop guy pulling it back at the last second.

The nutmeg is great. As with most things as I’ve changed my diet, I don’t enjoy it as first, but eventually it just become the norm. I wish I could drink creamy, sugary lattes all the time, but I can’t. I’ve grown to like stronger flavorful coffee with a splash of something to cut the bitterness.

I like eggnog, but have reduced my dairy consumption, so this is a great compromise. I typically use the nut pods coffee cake flavor, so i like their almond/coconut creamers. The eggnog flavor is a bit strong. I keep it to just a splash. It’s like a treat, not something I would drink all the time.

Do businesses actually react to these changes? They’ve already invested money to improve standards. Are they going to invest more to go backwards, knowing that these standards will come back again in the near future.

My regular Lavazza brew, but I’ve added some holiday flavor.
