I can definitely relate to that. It's hard to find people who don't get freaked out by your darker thoughts, even if they're otherwise very close to you. FWIW, I think you're neat, the community is better with you in it, and others would agree.

That's something only people who understand your situation and can be reasonably unbiased can assess for you. BTW, your brain is not unbiased. Also, anyone you talk to about this should be someone you trust, and you can't trust your tired or otherwise impaired brain.

I went down a rabbit hole of NIH research articles on ergonomics a while ago to fix the back pain my WFH setup was causing. The consensus. seemed to be a standing desk and a saddle stool is the magic combo. Also, they say to alternate between sitting and standing.
