i second the murderbot diaries. hands down the best series i read in 2024. plus the majority of the books are short/novellas so they’re relatively quick to get through. i have SUCH a soft spot for this series i might have to do a re-read

last NYE i was playing infinity nikki and this time im playing warframe

this isn’t 100% bad, it’s just like damn… how do you not leave space for top 10 books of the year for mystery and thriller if you’re writing 9 of them a year. leave some for the rest of us 😭

these are the best pics i have of her so far! she’s very friendly and loves pets and she has an old lady meow. i wanted someone vocal and explorative and kind and she shows all of those characteristics! right up my alley to help me get out of my comfort zone. she’s baby.

update: i did not get the cat that i wanted BUT i did leave with a cat that im very happy with (-:

i’ll most likely be getting him tomorrow morning! it’s currently 11pm for me and i’m so excited. i’m showing up early to the shelter because i don’t want anyone else to take him, but i will report back if cat has been acquired 🫡
