When looked; despite seeing some grim stuff, I saw companies out there clearly offering life changing services.

I agree reform needs to be take with care. Main issues I saw were provider side.

Main risks with reform is limiting availability & enabling similar rent seeking we see with pharmacies.

Just look up a few suburbs in the provider finder, export CSV & go through the list of providers, find them on Google maps. You may be surprised who offers NDIS & upset by what you see in reviews.

I’ve just had the misfortune to read a bunch of explanatory memorandums and much prefer the TLDR nature of a bill digest lol

IIRC explanatory memorandums are often written by the author(s). I think it’s abit cynical to suggest the author will always lie in them. But there’s a point to be made that it isn’t an independent assessment & the contents can be biased.
