You should own all the content you create.

Platforms are definitely a good thing, to get you reach... but here today, gone tomorrow. It's a thing. You might have a good thing today, and then get stuck behind ads or a paywall.

Are they going to be around in a year? a month? a week? tomorrow? #TikTok was on the verge of being shut down in the US. #Facebook would censor your content when they wanted to. #Google takes things down from #YouTube as they see fit.
