Both can afford top lawyers but it would only end up in court if Rodgers thinks he’s owed money. Then it would be settled. DD wouldn’t want to defend himself in court and be ripped apart by top KCs - DD, the NED & minority shareholder making executive decisions! That’s why talk will be cheap
