It doesn't make sense - a bandaid is for an open wound. A Boo Boo 🩹 and the best way to get an infection in a simultaneously blood clotted hand is to slather an ounce of "fingered" makeup over a needle mark, in my common sense opinion,having been an EMT in nursing school before babies 4,5 & 6 ☺️
