Celebrating World AIDS day in the beautiful National AIDS Memorial Grove in San Francisco. The day is so much more than HIV/AIDS -its about social justice, equality, protecting democracy and equal access to basic human rights such as healthcare for all. #AIDSGrove #UCSF #NancyPelosi #ScottWeiner

After curative tx for Neuroendocrine cancers patients have persistent fatigue pain anxiety. Symptoms are worse in women but improved in women who exercise. Despite this only 57% of pts exercise >150 min/wk. We have alot more work to do!
Fatigue anxiety and pain persist despite completing curative cancer treatment for Neuroendocrine tumors. Symptoms are worse in women but improved in women who exercise . Despite this only 57% of this group of cancer survivors exercise the recommended 150 minutes of exercise per week. Lots more work to do to help improve the lives of cancer survivors #NANETS #UCSF #cancersurvivorship
