2/ Landscape Recovery is the most ambitious tier within ELMS, England's post-Brexit system of farm payments
I made 3 FOI requests to DEFRA over 2 years asking for boundary maps of the 56 Landscape Recovery projects. All were refused.
One reason given was I might look up the landowners involved...
