I’m afraid that if the case is dismissed and he’s set free that the Regime will arrest him as he leaves the courthouse and disappear him to some hell hole for torture and execution. There is no way they’ll allow him to stay free here in the US.

Yes, just as no CEO’s of companies in Big Ag, Big Food, or Big Construction that hire illegal labor ever seem to be charged for it. If they really want to solve illegal immigration it would just take putting Pulte or Tyson execs on trial and in jail a couple of times and then… like a miracle-

I suppose we will find out. But it seems reasonable to assume that they wouldn’t have been panicking and keeping the government shut down if there were truly nothing left to see.

I don’t understand why she hasn’t asked a federal judge to swear her in. Isn’t that the law, that she doesn’t have to be sworn in by the Speaker?

Yes, I’d guess that’s part of why he drew a short straw and had to be a public face. I’d guess those very unconvincing 8 were given their orders so some, like Schumer, could still vote no.
2 of the 8 are retiring & won’t have to face the voters judgement for their cowardice.
