There's a program called PocketBM (BM is beat maker) on catalog that I use that lets you offload anything you make to a laptop. Boogie Loops didn't do it for me.

I usually pick someone who is a good fit when I ask mostly technical questions. I feel like asking cookie cutter questions like, "name a time when you failed at something and what you learned from it" provides no value. References will say anyone is good even if they're not but I see your point.

I agree. Maybe senior Democrats will write this down on some paddles and hold them up the next time the President addresses the nation, that seems to be their best idea. There has been no leadership change while all this has gone on. I'm out until the party jettisons their geriatric leadership.
