That is interesting. It was supposed to remember things between sessions but rarely did in my experience - perhaps it has been "fixed"

I am glad to see some push back on this being welcome but insufficient funding. I had not appreciated it was over 5 years. The sums involved are minute when set across the country and when you take into account bid costs / wastage from failed bids
