Honest Talk; I've published ten books, but have no fanbase. I've never received a single bit of fan mail, and almost no reviews whatsoever. I know it's on me; I don't know how to advertise and am not good at pushing. Thing is, I still keep writing. I started this story, and I will see it finished.

love this game, and the updates have been incredible.
Been playing the Last Caretaker lately and having a lot of fun. Kinda messed up growing my first human though, basically ended up with a janitor. Oh well, the place could use a good mop I suppose.

Just finished a fun little moment where the character who has been trying to reach this floating island finally gets there only to realize that he has no plan. He was so focused on getting there that he never stopped to consider what would happen afterward.
The nice thing about the internet is when you run into a moron, you've always got the option to block them and erase them from your existence.

Been a while since I posted. Let's see ... ICE 'officers' are still jack-booted thugs now moving straight on to being murderers, Trump is still and egotistical moron, and the regressives giving him power are still just sitting around with their thumbs up their backsides. *sigh* all right.

I was writing a chapter for the ICEbreaker novel (the one where I depict ICE as the evil thugs they are), when I realized what I was writing was honestly more of an outline and I'd need to go in and seriously bulk it out. Translation: I gave myself more work and am now sad.

The Elsewhere's hierarchy is all about skill. Skilled Dreamers are given more respect, not because they demand it but because their results speak for themselves.

The situation in the U.S. right now is a perfect example of what is lawful not necessarily meaning the same thing as what is right. ICE as a whole is very much this; they may be following the law, but their actions are wholly contemptible.

Thomas Schrade, the main of my lost book, is part noir detective, part Columbo. One of the reasons I've had trouble getting started again is that I really want to nail the noir-style narration he gives as he returns to his home town.
