upgrading enemy AI: adding a blink mechanic

needed to ensure that they wouldn't teleport too close to the player, so stress testing to make sure they stay inside the predefined "donut" area

they won't blink this frequently in the final version haha #gamedev #indiedev

Spent the past few night refactoring the Potion menu and I’m finally happy with the new direction! Lots more to do though

This is a #gamedev PSA for anyone using Unity:

If you move your game's scripts using anything other than Unity's editor, you will end up with "missing scripts" in your project.

Dont do what I did and reorganize your entire project inside VSCode AND not have version control set up!! Lesson learned

Strangely, activity for the mobile version of my game has picked up… despite that I’m no longer actively working on it

I wonder if my efforts to build out the desktop version of wildwood for steam and talk about it on socials have introduced a sort of symbiotic relationship somehow
